Turn questions into intelligence: Requirements, Stakeholders & RFIs
Register the questions you need answered, tie them to the people who asked, break them into collection guidance, and track ad-hoc requests to an answer.
Good intelligence starts with a question, not a feed. The Requirements board Account is a live register of your Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) — each a real question with a rationale, a priority and a status, backed by your own private database.
Tie every requirement to a stakeholder
A requirement nobody asked for is a requirement nobody will use. The Stakeholders register names who each PIR serves and how often they need it — so production has an audience, not just an author.
Break requirements into collection guidance
Collection Guidance Account breaks each PIR down into the essential elements of information (EEIs) needed to answer it, and where you’d look for them — the bridge from a standing question to what you actually go and collect.
Capture the ad-hoc asks
When a question arrives that isn’t a standing requirement, log it in RFI Intake as a tracked request-for-information with an open / answered lifecycle. It keeps the “can you quickly check…” requests from getting lost, and turns them into a record of what your stakeholders actually needed.
